Margot Battalier-Petitguillaume

Margot BATTALIER-PETITGUILLAUME has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since September 4, 2025.
After obtaining the Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) from the Paris Bar School (EFB) with honors, she joined the firm in February 2025 as a legal counsel.

Her training gave her the opportunity to work in several law firms specializing in family and inheritance law, as well as within the Judicial Court of Paris, in the Inheritance Chamber (2nd Chamber).

Her academic background and professional experience have enabled her to acquire strong legal skills in civil law, particularly in inheritance law and the law of obligations (contracts, civil liability), as well as in private international law.

Attentive to human issues, she practices her profession with empathy and rigor.

Margot BATTALIER-PETITGUILLAUME also works as a teacher and examiner in bar exam preparation programs, in the fields of civil law, civil procedure, and enforcement procedure.
